Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All TBNG items are made-to-order and individually hand-finished. Because of this, we are unable to offer traditional refunds or returns.
❌ No Refunds / No Returns
As every item is created on demand, we do not offer refunds or returns on:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Processing time being within the stated timeframe

Pre-order waiting times

Made-to-order items
Please check the size guide and product information before purchasing.
✔ Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will happily arrange a replacement after reviewing your photos.
To qualify, you must include:

Photos of the issue

Your order number

Your name and email used at checkout
If the item is genuinely faulty or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.
❌ No Exchanges for Sizing
Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size is purchased.
If you need help choosing a size, please contact us before ordering.
❌ Order Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it begins processing immediately.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or changed, including colour, size, or shipping address.
Please double-check your details before completing checkout.
📦 Lost / Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

Contact the courier using your tracking number

Then reach out to us and we will support where possible
Courier delays are outside our control, but we always try to help resolve issues.
