All of our items are made-to-order and finished by hand, which means processing times can vary depending on the product.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
📦 Processing Times (Made-to-Order Items)
All TBNG pieces are created on demand to reduce waste and ensure quality.
Processing times vary by product:

Tracksuits – may take up to 21 days to be created and processed

T-shirts & smaller items – usually take less time, often 5–10 days

Custom or limited drops – may have their own processing window

Processing time begins the moment your order is placed.
🎄 Seasonal & Pre-Order Delivery (Important)
During specific drops (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or pre-orders), delivery estimates will be clearly stated on the product page.
For example:
Orders placed between 21st–24th November are likely to arrive before Christmas. This is estimated, not guaranteed.
Any orders placed outside seasonal windows follow the standard processing times listed on each product page.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been created and packed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking.
We ship using Royal Mail / Evri, depending on order size.
Typical delivery times once dispatched:

Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
🏡 Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot update addresses once an order has been placed.
TBNG is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
📦 Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
